Orlando comes from an accounting background, and has been involved in real estate since 1988. Originally from California, He moved to Austin in 2001. After leaving real estate for 5 years to pursue a career in IT, Orlando decided his true calling is real estate; he is State Certified Residential Appraiser.  Orlando joined Wheeler & Associates in 2006, and has been appraising residential property in Austin, and surrounding central Texas communities.  His appraisal assignments include lots, acreage, proposed construction, single family residences, and 2-4 small income properties. He is also a member of the Austin Board of Realtors.
